Lenticulars
Lenticular photographs are an excellent, eye catching promotional and product enhancing tool available in sizes from business cards to posters. 3D Print and Display have produced millions of lenticulars for promotions world wide. The process is based around a 4 colour (CMYK) process. A typical run would be several thousand. A typical size would 6" X 4". The minimum order value for lenticular printing is £3000. One-off proofs are available at £250 for up to A4 and £500 for up to A1. Full pricing is available on request. The maximum single panel sheet size available is 96" high by 48" wide.
Lenticular photographs can be mass reproduced as business cards, post-cards, in-store shelf hangers, trading cards, game cards, promotional covers to cereal packets or books and magazines. The application list is endless. A wide range of effects can be achieved including 3D, animation, flip images and zoom effects.

How it Works
From supplied art work at 300 dpi at the size
required, the images are interlaced with our in-house Splicer software.
Printing films are made with an image setter which is used to print
directly on the back of a plastic lenticular screen. This can be
laminated to paper for additional reverse printing or supplied with
a self adhesive backing.
