Awards

Holograms, lenticulars and glass blocks are ideal for adding value to awards and certificates. 3D Print and Display made the award for the world snowboarding championships, sponsored by Ballantines Whisky. A two colour reflection was used in conjunction with a glass plinth for the bronze, silver and gold medals. A larger version of the hologram also toured with the championships, along with other holograms we made in the exhibition.

3D Print and Display also made a selection of holographic stickers to go on the Norwich Union Shine Awards athletics scheme in association with UK Athletics. This was a set of stickers attached to the award certificates and is aimed at promoting high standards at school level competitions. Different size holograms both authenticate the certificate and indicate the level of achievement. The scheme has proved very successful with the certificates being highly sort after by children throughout the UK.
